Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 8, 2026
Conixi Consulting Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information collected through this website and its online surveys.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices available to you when participating in a survey.
1. Information We Collect
When you visit this website or participate in a survey, we may collect the following information:
Survey Responses
We collect the answers that you voluntarily provide when completing a survey. The information collected depends on the questions included in the particular survey.
Unless specifically stated in the survey, we do not require you to provide your name, email address, telephone number, or other direct identifying information.
IP Address
Your Internet Protocol (IP) address may be processed when you access or submit a survey.
We use IP address information primarily to:
- help prevent duplicate or excessive survey responses;
- enforce limits on the number of responses permitted from a single internet connection;
- protect the integrity of survey results;
- help detect automated or abusive activity; and
- assist with geographic eligibility checks.
Where possible, we may store a hashed or otherwise transformed version of an IP address rather than retaining the full IP address.
Location Information
Some surveys are restricted to participants located within a particular geographic area.
For these surveys, we may request permission through your web browser to access your approximate device location.
Location information is used to determine whether you are within the geographic area eligible to participate in the survey.
Your browser or device will request permission before providing this information. If you do not grant location permission, you may not be able to participate in a geographically restricted survey.
We do not use location information to continuously track your movements.
Technical Information
We may collect limited technical information necessary for the operation and security of the website, such as browser information, cookies or similar identifiers, and information used to detect duplicate submissions or automated activity.
2. How We Use Information
Information collected through this website may be used to:
- administer online surveys;
- analyze survey responses and public opinion;
- determine geographic eligibility;
- prevent duplicate or excessive responses;
- maintain the accuracy and integrity of survey results;
- detect fraud, abuse, bots, or attempts to manipulate survey results;
- generate aggregated statistics and reports; and
- maintain and secure the website.
We will not use information collected through a survey for an unrelated purpose without appropriate notice or consent.
3. Response Limits
To help protect the integrity of survey results, a survey may limit the number of responses permitted from the same IP address or internet connection.
For example, certain surveys may permit a maximum of four responses from a single IP address.
This limit is intended to reduce repeated submissions while recognizing that multiple legitimate respondents may share the same household, workplace, institution, or internet connection.
4. Geographic Restrictions
Some surveys may only be available to individuals within a defined geographic area.
We may use a combination of IP-based geolocation and browser/device location information to determine eligibility.
IP-based geolocation is approximate and may identify the location of an internet service provider rather than the respondent’s actual physical location. Where greater geographic accuracy is required, the website may request browser/device location permission.
Location information is used for survey eligibility and integrity purposes and is not intended to identify a respondent’s exact home or street address.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use cookies or similar browser technologies to support survey functionality, remember whether a browser has previously participated, prevent duplicate submissions, and protect against abuse.
These technologies are not intended to be used to build advertising profiles or track participants across unrelated websites.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the operation of a survey.
6. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell personal information collected through our surveys.
Information may be disclosed to service providers that assist us with website hosting, security, survey administration, data storage, or technical operations where necessary to provide those services.
We may also disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law.
Survey results may be published or shared in aggregated or statistical form where individual respondents are not intended to be identified.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including survey analysis, maintaining the integrity of results, security, and applicable legal or administrative requirements.
Information that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of where reasonably practicable.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your Choices
Participation in our surveys is voluntary.
Where browser/device location is required, you will be asked by your browser or device whether you wish to provide location access.
You may decline location access, although doing so may prevent participation in surveys that require geographic verification.
You may also choose not to submit a survey if you do not agree with the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy.
10. Access and Privacy Questions
You may contact us if you have questions about how your information is collected, used, retained, or disclosed.
Where applicable, you may also request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you. Because some surveys are designed to be anonymous or pseudonymous, we may not always be able to identify a particular response as belonging to you.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our surveys are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children unless the particular survey clearly states otherwise and appropriate consent procedures are provided.
12. Third-Party Services
This website may rely on third-party service providers for functions such as website hosting, security, or IP geolocation.
These providers may process limited technical information as necessary to provide their services and may maintain their own privacy policies and data-handling practices.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our surveys, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
The date at the top of this policy indicates when it was most recently updated.
